If the drawings and technical documentation are not placed in the case or not sent to the Buyers beforehand, the delivery

as inscriptions on the drawings are to be made in the Russian language

During the above mentioned consignment period beginning on the date of delivery and ending on the date of payment or on the date of return of the goods to Rossexport, the delivered goods shall be considered

As a security of fulfilment of their obligations under the present Contract the Agents shall submit

Payment of the fine does not release the Seller from recuperating the Buyer’s loss, including the possible
